Route Description - 3 miles
Meet at Havenstreet Station to board your steam train for the ride to Wootton.
Alight at Wootton station from where the first section of the walk heads along Station Road and a cycle path towards Wootton Bridge.
Head through Briddlesford Woods. This section is owned by the Peoples Trust for Endangered Species and is home to Red Squirrels and Dormice.
Cross over the railway line at Woodhouse Crossing, the half-way point of the walk. Continue via Great Briddlesford Farm, before returning through the fields to Havenstreet Station.

The route follows an undulating route through Bridlesford Woods, but with no steep sections.
Terrain
Largely on gravel tracks - generally good underfoot, but may be muddy. The return to Havenstreet Station is through a rough grassy field.
